Occasionally loses field leverage and takes some inaccurate angles. Leaks yards after contact. Misses too many tackles in the open field and can be run over (see Utah). Can be manipulated by quarterbacks. Limited experience in man coverage. Poor leaping ability. Appeared extremely rigid in positional workout at pro day.

Considering they are almost definitely keeping 5 CBs (Fletcher, Sconces, Carroll, Boykin, Watkins) they really can't afford to keep 5 safeties.
Jenkins and Maragos are definitely staying. If Reynolds makes this team, either Nate Allen or Earl Wolff won't.

How many corners did they keep last year?
EDITED TO ADD: Five right? Marsh, Carmichael, Sconces, FLetcher and Boykin.
Because I just watched Kelly's interview about Reynolds and he noted they kept 5 safeties last year (Allen, Wolfe, Coleman, Anderson, and Chung).
Which means they kept 10 dbs (5 and 5).Last edited by slag; 05-10-2014, 05:10 PM.Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.

Regardless, I still think the Watkins and Reynolds picks mean Nate Allen is in trouble.

Like Ertz, he's going to miss the early camps. Is he talented enough to leap frog over those already here with just the summer camp to compete?
I think this is a dumb rule, especially when one considers the changing tide in the NCAA as players are about to start getting paid.
