I know Chip is always preaching size, and most of his picks have that, but has anyone else noticed that all of these picks have played just about every game for their college careers,

Some have played most of the snaps on there side of the ball, if nothing else Chip also likes guys that can stay on the field.

Now that I think about it, you're right, and it makes sense. Consistency is a big part of Chip's system, and it's tough to establish consistency if starters can't stay healthy.

Actually I think it goes even deeper than that, I think that Chip has a specific player "type" in mind, not just big or durable, but also tough.

We all complained for years about how soft FF's players were, and quite frankly, I always suspected there was a conditioning issue, as we had more than our share of injuries.

Now, look at the injuries last year, was it a fluke? Or is it just the beginning of this program paying off?

I don't know, and don't pretend to know, but I find it ridiculous to think that the guy that walked into a certified boondoggle and turned them into a contender in a short period of time can't draft talent.

I just think his "talent" has a different meaning than everybody else's.
