NFL considers changes to reduce the number of guys getting popped
Raise the threshold for a positive test and reduce the penalties
I'm all in favor of smoking dope, but why even have a policy if you only test once per year, the test limits are high and the punishments are lowered
Just let 'em get baked and be done with it.
