              He was in stage 3 of the program already meaning he'd had at least 2 other violations and was subject to up to 10 tests/month

              And he still screwed the pooch.
              1000 other NFL players manage to pull it off without getting popped

                Yeah. I still think the rule is stupid but he's an idiot for doing it knowing that he would be tested for it frequently. Same goes for Josh Gordon, Brandon Browner, etc.

                  So yes, its a stupid rule. One of many the networks impose on their "employees"
