  • Eli Manning and the new Giants offense set to be a machine

Talk about a complete transformation from the old stale outdated Kevin Gilbride offense.

Giants are lining up in shotgun 3-wide sets on almost every play in OTAs. They are going uptempo no-huddle.

Eli is getting the ball out fast on curls, comebacks, quick outs, screens while taking the occasional deep shot. His Top 3 receivers are all weapons that can rack up YAC from short passes and are deep threats. He has a RB that is a receiving threat out of the backfield. The offensive line is leagues better than last year's offensive line.

This offense is going to enter the season with no expectations and no game film on them, and tear up the league.

3 receiver sets. Really innovative there. I think everyone was expecting more of a wishbone style of attack from the Vaggies this year.

Actually it's about the % of plays. No offense uses more 11 personnel than the Packers % wise, which is the offense the Giants are running.

Also, Eli operated under center in Gilbride's offense on 1st/2nd down. In McAdoo's offense, Eli will primarily operate from the shotgun on every down.

Glad ShEli is in the 'gun

According to these charts compiled by Pro Football Focus Eli had the highest interception rate of any QB in the league when in the shotgun formation and one of the lowest QB ratings.

              So good luck with that.

Kevin Gilbride's run-and-shoot vertical passing attack vs. Ben McAdoo's West Coast Offense = completely different offenses

You spend an awful lot of time on another team's website. Especially when it's to tell us your team is stealing another team's offense.

We finally have the final piece--you want to be the fan of another team. Got it. No need to post anymore.
