I was the same way when I joined. I thought I was going to just be able to come here to talk Eagles football and that's it. I was welcomed with a lot of shit, didn't like it, left, unknowingly joined the wangnuts board, liked that even less, and came back. I learned to get a thick skin, and tried to give as good as I got. Now this is the only place I go for anything Eagles. The beauty of the way this board works is that no one, no matter how much of a vet they are, is immune from getting their balls busted when they do or say something stupid. Not even the proprietor of the board. That's the way this board works, and people can take it or leave it. For as much shit as you take here, if you show up to a gayte, you'll be given a beer and welcomed with open arms as I was. Stay if you can handle it, but if you can't, just go.

I do plan on staying, and I'm coming up for the Redskins game September 21 with my dad and my brother. I'd imagine some of you will be there, and I'd be more than willing to eat a pepper.
