It is just scary how some guys pass on so young. Over here. one of the great British comics, Rik Mayall passed away on Monday at 56. I'm 56 and it frightens the hell out of me. 8 weeks ago, I started working out in the gym that is right next to our offices. I got tired of being fat and out of shape. I have my monthly weigh in tomorrow, but I can tell you that from the 20th of April til the 12th of May I lost 8.8lbs (4kg).
