this was a well-orchestrated PR gig for Governor FF. Believe it or not he is almost 100 lbs lighter and I think this was designed to show he is not going to collapse and die if he exerts himself.

The interview portion was pretty scripted in his responses and he seems to have weathered the Bridgegate storm.

He's supposed to be on Letterman next week...looks like a precursor to his run for the big chair.
