I went to a location of this place at lunch and the activity and the length of the line was off the hook!
I observed that have a lot of repeat customers there bringing reusable salad containers!
Given, it's in a very affluent area with a lot of workers during the day. I didn't notice many hispanics or african americans in line.
I think if you were gonna open one it's gotta be a place near a lot of places of employment for the lunch business. But I also think if you could find the right location it would be awesome.
