Im just doing you a favor and exposing your clownish attempts to pick on kg. Youre chewing at the ankles of a superior and the lack of sports knowledge youre displaying in the process is pathetic. Youre embarrassing yourself so it might be wise to stop at some point. Youre welcome.

This may be the first time I agree with you. I may need to rethink my position.

Regardless, yesterday was the worst day of the year for a Philly fan. Outside of a miracle, the Sixers just shit the bed. I don't see how the Cavs or Bucks pass on the obvious choices. I can't see either GM reaching for Exum with their jobs on the line. Embiid has the 'red flags' that were reported earlier and he isn't worth the risk. Exum is the biggest unknown and I have yet to hear anything positive about his ability to shoot. MCW is not a franchise player some people think. Noel is still a question mark. Instead of potentially building a real contender, it appears they are building the next Bobcats, Nuggests, Warriors, etc,. It appears they are going to be back to being irrelevant.

By the way, Thad Young is not that valuable and will most likely get you minimal in return. I have no idea why anyone would think the Cavs would want to waste cap room on him.

Ryen Russilo just tweeted that a potential trade would be:

Sixers get: #7 pick and Steve Nash
              Lakers get: MCW and Thad

Sixers take Exum at 3 and then have 7 and 10 as well.

                If I'm the Cavs

I may still consider doing a deal with Philly, swapping 1 and 3, and having the Sixers throw in Thad Young. I'd still take Embiid if the injury is determined to not be that serious.

Even if it resulted in Exum, Embiid/Vonleh and Randle, I don't know if that would make it that much better. While nothing is a sure thing, I preferred Wiggins, and even Parker, and whoever is left at #10. I'm not sure entering the third season in a row with a big man on the bench along with guys who can't shoot makes me that happy. I preferred to go with the homerun potential. I knew Wiggins falling down the draft board was to good to be true. Snakebitten indeed.

Even with the huge durability concerns, I'm not sure I pass on him if I'm Cleveland -- or, for that matter, if he was sitting there at 3 for Philly. Sure it's a risk. It might be a bigger risk to pass on a guy with the potential to be the league's next great center. Why not swing for the fences, y'know?

in fact...it wasn't even the worst move that DAY. The worst was trading the top overlal pick (Brad Dougherty) for Roy Hinson.

the worst trade was Wilt Chamberlain for Archie Clark, Darral Imhoff and Jerry Chambers.

Yeah that was terrible too. I guess the whole idea of dealing Moses for a guy who they knew was hurt was just shockingly bad. Dougherty was a good player and dealing that pick for Hinson was real bad. But I will never understand the love Katz had for Ruland.

                          it was about dumping Moses

they had a falling out...and he thought Dougherty was "soft"...this coming from a guy who drafted Shawn Bradley.

If he had just made the safe choice, we could have had a front line of Moses, Brad Dougherty and Barkley.
