Can the Eagles d-line get sacks?

I read a story on Eaglemaniacal.com where the writer wanted to see someone on the Eagles line get 8 sacks or more this year. Iread there a lot and usually he's pretty smart but I don't know what he's smoking with that. I mean 8 sacks. We don't have that player yet. I don't see anybody being able to do that in the system that we have

Very rarely will a lineman in a 3-4 D get 8 or more sacks. Not many JJ Watts walking around.
