US is at +1 and Ghana is at -1. The US would have to lose to Germany by at least 2 and Ghana would have to beat Portugal by the same difference.

Wouldn't Ghana only have to win if Germany wins by two? They would both have 4 points and the US would be a -1 and Ghana would be at zero on goal differential?
