Everyone (including me) knocked him after the Donovan episode but he is one of the biggest reasons we're moving on. God only knows how badly we would have been shat on under Bob Bradley.

Considering the fact that soccer is what, the 5th most popular sport in this country, getting out of the group of death is an amazing feat. Coming from someone who regularly follows the sport, I couldn't be more proud. England's failure just makes this even sweeter.

This isn't even "his" World Cup. 2018 has always been the endgame for him. It's why he built the roster the way he did with the youth movement. Making it to the knockout round this year is an added bonus.
