Yes it seems to. I am not sure how extensive the NFL's testing is but if they are using WADA level testing, or IOC level, detection of a masking agent is the same as a positive test or too high a testosterone violation.

The only bright side is that if there is punishment to be handed down, at least it will happen before training camp when other teams will have to start picking up the best available linemen due to injuries. I always thought 1st offense doesn't result in a suspension. Hopefully that is the case (and hopefully this is just his 1st offense).
