It has been a fun World Cup

I know very little about futbol and can't get into the Union or any of the high level leagues you see around the networks, but for some reason the World Cup grabs and holds my attention every four years. This year was clearly the best yet in terms of mainstream American interest, IMO, and the TV ratings have been killer.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tournament, enjoyed talking it up here and among my sports-minded friends, and I'm looking forward to the next one.
