    Trigger warning for those who have had to deal with cable provider customer service representatives


    This phone call of this guy trying to cancel his Comcast account is absolutely insane.

      Dear god. I've had bad experiences with CS reps but never that bad.

        I didn't listen to it but I would assume she gets paid a very low salary and then a bonus for everybody she can retain, so in essence she was trying to put food on the table.


        Then when publicized the big wig states that isn't our policy (or words to that effect), I would bet, she is probably "good" at her "job", but now the company got caught and she is the scapegoat.

          Would it be impolite to point out that the Comcast rep is a guy.

          Perhaps you should listen to it.

            Nope, not impolite at all, just didn't want to waste 10 minutes this morning. I get calls badgering me all the time at work, just ask for the persons full name, and then ask to speak with a supervisor.

              Ok, I listened to it, nothing I haven't had to deal with, as I said, ask for their name, and then ask for a super, always works for me.
