  • Liz and I were pick to go to Novacare:

Received an email from the Eagles to watch a private practice at Novacare Thursday July 31st, with a catered lunch.

I hope it comes with a tour and pictures, it will be like going to the wonderful world of Oz.

I never gave much thought to it but we have been season ticket holders for 25 or 26 years I don't remember.

I think the "Kelly Effect" has really reenergized this entire organization, I know I am excited once again.

We are all going to Franklin Field for the "historic" practice so we can sit in the "stadium of legends" and grab a DiNics roast pork at Reading Terminal.

I received another email about purchasing more seats but they were all 200 level and nowhere near our other seats. Very Strange, never had this happen before.

I just got the additional season ticket offer as well. If you have the scratch to buy additional tickets and sell them off on a game by game basis at a premium it could make for a decent investment.

Pretty cool. I had an internship while at Temple that involved me being at NovaCare once a week for the Wednesday practice and press conferences. It's a nice building for sure, you'll enjoy it.

Ironically, the girlfriend and I are heading down to DiNic's this weekend to try the pork. Living in New England for the last two years, I need to get caught back up.

I got the email about purchasing tickets as well but can't find anything about it when I go into my account. Any help would be great!

I got the tickets email. It arrived at 12:30 PM, and by the time I could actually look, there was a total of seven seats available. All on the 200 level, and all singles. By the time I showed the wife around 5:00, they were all gone.

I can only wonder what is driving the continued emails

I think the needle is moving up with the "Kelly effect" but the scraps of seats offered and the "mythical" waiting list should have gobbled up remaining tickets before offering them to season ticket holders.

Inquiries would have been made when first invoices went out by those who wanted to upgrade, move or purchase additional tickets.

Crazy, economy is still very soft and the luxury of sending $300-400 a game 10 times a year is shrinking.

Those few seats that were available were from people who upgraded to the new sections, so somebody on the list got lucky
