Saw Sammy Hagar last night.

5th stop on his tour apparently, great show. He played some of his early stuff with Montrose, solo material, a bunch of songs he wrote with Van Hagar, and some Zeppelin. His current band is Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, and Vic Johnson, great show. Worthwhile seeing if you have the chance.

I never thought much of the guy

till I saw that Vanhagar 5150 tour,,and I have to say he was a great performer. Guy was insain ,,,all over the Place..that band he has right now is awesome,,Id go in a heartbeat..

I've seen Sammy 7-8 times (twice with VH in '04 or thereabouts) in the last 15 years or so and he's never failed to put on a helluva show. I know he and Mikey are pretty tight but I was surprised Mona isn't touring with him this time around. Jason Bonham was Foreigner's drummer for 3-4 years in the mid-late 2000's. I've met the guy and he's a cool dude.
