Chip is pretty humble, but you can tell how confident he is in what they are doing. So glad they hired him and can't wait to see how this year goes.

Even over a year later, it's still nice to not hear the continuous throat-clearing and the same tired responses to questions week in and week out. Chip's been a refreshing change pretty much from the get-go.
