    Excellent show. Really surprised me.

Ann Wilson, God bless her, is enormous, but I was blown away by how well her voice has held up. The crowds come to see Ann Wilson, and that's what she gives them. She rocks.

Nancy Wilson also still rocks and is as hot a 60 something woman as you are going to see.

As an encore set last night they played Immigrant Song, What Is and What Will Never Be, and Misty Mountain Hop. Really well.

Had Jason Bonham's Zep cover band open the show and brought him back for another LZ set at end of show. All that with $10.29 lawn seating made it really feel like the 70/80s again.

$12.50 lawn seating and an absolutely gorgeous summer night. My ticket in 1978 probably cost me $8.00 general admission, but then that night I was right in front of the stage on the barrier.

especially with What Is and What Will Never Be. I wouldn't expect it. IMO, Ann Wilson is the best female rocker ever.

She's a really pro. She ends the show with Crazy on You, totally blowing out her voice you'd think, then they come back on stage and play the IMMIGRANT SONG, only the loudest hardest rocking Zeppelin tune of them all? Blew me away.

                    after all of these years.

After you post this morning, I looked at their tour and they're playing in Tampa on 11/11/14. I asked my wife if she wanted to go, but she is concerned that its on a Tues. ... work etc... She wants to compromise with going out for sushi sometime. WTF?

fawned over A-HA. You don't need to try so hard to make up for that.

I didn't see them during their heyday but the wife and I have seen Heart a handful of times since 2002 or thereabouts...they kick a$$.

The most noteworthy of our five shows was the one at the(now closed) Big Kahuna in Wilmington when we were standing in the front row with Nancy standing right in front of us. She was in her mid 50's at the time and was still a very attractive woman...putting a vast majority of women half her age to shame.

As you said, although Ann is pretty big the woman can still sing her ass off.

She sounds awesome on their acoustic version of Alone.

I met Jason Bonham back in '05 when he was pounding the skins for Foreigner...great guy.
