It's so f'ed up. You basically drive AWAY FROM 95 on Broad just to COME BACK. It's not like you're driving away from congestion either. You're driving RIGHT INTO IT!!!

This has been my normal exit path from Day 1. Now that they are funneling everybody out that was, it's gonna suck even worse.
