Any Facenutz marketing gurus on the board?

I have a page for my book, The Legend of Red Klotz which recently hit 300 "likes". The posts on the page have been "served" to a modest number of folks, but the number has grown slowly...until today, when it exploded!

It started out less than 100, but recent posts have been in the 400-600 range. And then today when my post was served to more than 7,000! What was I doing wrong before and/or what did I do correctly this time? My last two posts have included hashtags. Still doesn't explain why this one took off. Can I expect continued exponential growth?

Any tips/insights would be appreciated! Meanwhile I'll research it online.

Also, any Facenutzers here...I would appreciate your "liking" the page. Thanks

My wife uses Facebook to market our new store and has set the parameters on the areas of focus for marketing the golf course as well on FB. Using the "boost post" to market your page works well. You just have to set what area you focus on as it will go over a much broader area then you intend.

You got a good link from somewhere. If Facebook has decent analytics it will tell you in the referrers report. If not, you can add Google Analytics or a Site meter and find out in the future.

Traffic will go back down but should be a bit mproved.
