Pretty impressive that the Giants 3rd stringers were able to win 5 games after Eli and the 1st and 2nd string offenses AND defenses looked so bad.

I mean, it's really surprising how bad the Giants starters and immediate backups looked. If you bring in your 3rd stringers you guys might not lose by 20+ every game.

New York Giants 2006 4-0 8-8 lost Wild Card game to Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Eagles 2006 preseason 2-3 NFC East Champions Eagles 3-0 vs NJG 2006 beating them in the Wild Card game with their backup QB. McNabb lost for season in week 11. Garcia beat the Giants twice that year.

I have watched every preseason game so far for the Gnats and man its a big mess..

I think this change of offense is the beginning of the end for Eli,,,for years they built the offense around his chuck and duck abilities,,,now they are in essence jamming an old round peg into a new Square hole....there is a good chance that Shelie won't last the season as the Gnats Starter...

This was really all that needed to be said. The guy went from touting Super Bowls to touting preseason records, all the while refusing to acknowledge this his "vaunted" new offense looks probably wouldn't put up 30 on Florida A&M.
