If it was the run blocking, sproles wouldn't be gaining decent yards pretty much every time he runs.

Shady's made some big runs in the past by being patient and waiting for holes to develop.

Problem is, with the current o-line, being patient means the holes get smaller, not bigger.

Sproles is decisive enough to take what he can get. Being small enough to fit into the slightest glimmer of daylight hasn't hurt either.
