Today the FCC made it official. The NFL is no longer permitted to blackout games on free TV in local markets. Long overdue for these corporate welfare greedmeisters.

The rule has been lifted, but the NFL and networks can still blackout games if they choose to.

I thought "blackout" was going to be something about the gayte....Was hoping there was a pro blackout rule...Sounds better than a pepper for the noob.
