    What a nice return to "the taiulgayte"

    As ever, my main man Zubaz Boy is just one great human being. I'd ride that bus anytime, anywhere with him.


    So nice to finally meet up with Trent, and have the extra treat to meet his lovely twin daughters.


    Eio turned out to be the exact person I always thought he was. Then again, I had experienced talking to him on his radio show years ago. A fine mid west gentleman indeed.


    It was a pleasure to break bread with Dolomite and his Melissa. Good people.


    And just what can I say about our Canadian friends except they are one group of rowdy drunks. Now I understand how they survive those long, cold Northern winters.....they drink their way through it.


    My body still aches from the plethora of man hugs I had with old friends Slaggo, CB, Little Man McCarthy, Trogs, Leff, The Birder and his grown up son, Bardy, the fabulous Deer Spine Guy, the wonderful good friend Senor Iron Eagle, rowdy J-Con, Rothdawg, and the man of the good earth Raptor.


    Sorry to miss Harpo, Zoli (wha happened?), and Georgie (rumor is he has "woman trouble"....tsk, tsk, from the frying pan into the fire_)


    Most of all I missed BB and Mary. Hope all's well.


    All in all, a great day.


    And Ref Ref, I hope your bookie stiffs you on that bet.

              I was on the fence about just showing up for the gayte. Mary and I certainly would have made the trip if we had know the two of you were attending.

                      Good seeing you and Abby ... and bumping fists after TD's across the row behind me.

                      And of course, hearing the first post game "NEVER A MOTHERFUCKING DOUBT" after I stopped sputtering about how Kelly was the other side of the Fat Fuck coin for running on 3d and 6 when he could have iced the game with a first down.
