He, too, likes to try beers/ales that are not household names -- so called exotic beers or local brands from smaller breweries. His wife tossed him a surprise 40th birthday party and that's what most of his friends gave him. He didn't have to buy beer for the next three months!

A bit ago, I realized I'd rather have 4 really good beers than 8 light beers. I make a monthly trip to Friar Tuck, and have been pleased with the results.
My wife and I were up visiting the family one Sunday and my stepson dug into his stash of birthday beer and said, "Try this."
I'm usually not one for experimenting but the taste was un-dirty word-believable! I promised myself I would remember the name but I didn't, and when I asked him, he had gotten so many different brands he couldn't recall which one he gave me. AAARRRGGGHHH!
