    Making plays for the Pack...

I know Smith is a project, but Clinton-Dix and Malcolm Jenkins together would have helped solidify otherwise below average DBs.

Green Bay picked him before the Eagles picked Smith.

The pick before us. Everyone knew GB was going Safety. However the Cardinals traded down the pick before for NO to get Cooks. Didn't give up much to move up.

I'm not killing Howie for not making the move..maybe he tried to.

It's early, but Dix looks like a franchise S, similar to the long list of previous Safeties we could have had here. Its been our greatest area of need since #20 left. It's frustrating watching the toolbags we suit up on game day

I understand the frustration that a first round pick isn't on the field yet, but they were pretty up front about the fact that they felt Smith was a project at LB.

No point pissing and moaning right now. Especially after a 4-1 start. Let's wait until they choke the chicken by getting no pressure on Eli tonight, while the LBs get shredded in coverage.

Its a no brainer that they would have taken Clinton-Dix or Pryor if they were still on the board. The Saints trading up to 21 to take Cooks caught them off guard.
