Supposedly the Sayreville superintendent has said he may shut down the football program for years.

I think, as a political matter, he'd be hard pressed to shut it down beyond this year even though the whole program needs a major fumigation. But I see his statements as a means of getting the juniors, sophomores and freshman to narc on the seniors and the coaches on the basis that if they won't be part of the solution, they are part of the problem.

Penn State yanked that commit too. Should be interesting to watch it all play out....Especially since the liberal media got a hold of it. :D

I don't really know enough about Sayreville to understand the politics. My initial thought is that it would be a shame for the victims to not get to play again. Then again, they might not care if they ever play another snap.

What a bizarre culture that embraces this type of hazing.

The entire thing is disgusting and just plain sad. WTF would make anyone think that kind of behavior is acceptable?
