Don't a LOT of runners AND their assistants come from all areas of Africa?

    Just asking?
around in circles in a detention ward. Honestly, though, there are a lot of Africans who train near my home (and a lot of Chinese) due to the altitude.

The visa angle is good. I was just saying that there aren't a whole bunch of direct flights from Liberia and Sierra Leone to JFK, I would imagine. So all the people saying "stop the flights!" might really want to look at visas instead.

Honestly, I don't even know if there are any direct flights, someone brought that up a day or so ago.

BUT, if the way our citizens that have been in contact are being handled is any indication, I think there may be much larger problems than who gets in or out.

Because so far, the CDC, hasn't given me much confidence.

This is an interesting analysis - flight bans help short term

              But delays the inevitable

So the argument is that not restricting travel

It's also interesting that 30,000 people a year die of the flu. Lower mortality rate, to be sure, but it isn't something people are panicking about. And don't get me started on gun deaths...

If this was happening in Nebraska, would we close the interstates?

I'm in the medical field and received my 4 hour Ebola training yesterday...not impressed.
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.
