Draft reform is one thing, but draft reform so abruptly is clearly nothing more than trying to punish the Sixers. The Sixers no long want to settle for mediocrity and they're in the middle of a rebuild plan that takes advantage of the NBA rules.

I don't see how it helps the leauge. Even if the Sixers were the best team in the NBA, I wouldn't want the reform. Why would anyone want a team like the Spurs or Thunder to have a top-10 pick?
