On the flip side, I still think he can be a good quality NFL Starter. He is maddening right now having great series followed by a disastrous one but Eli was just as inconsistent and maddening and he has 2 rings.

That doesn't change the truth that the vast majority of quarterbacks take a longer period of time to fully develop than Foles has played.
