WTF was the "official" explanation of the no horse-collar on Cooper?
Seriously, it was blatant, how the hel# do they pick up that flag???
It seemed even more bizarre than that. It looked like 3 different officials threw the flag for that horsecollar tackle and then the head referee talked them all out of it.
Yeah they talked all week about how he is better under center when handing off to McCoy. I don't get it. That play and the Foles rollout on fourth down at the goal-line in the SF game make me sick.
was another blatant no call.....again we watch Eagles games closely so it's sounds like we are being whiners but I'm seeing this nonsense happening in other games as well. It's becoming a huge distraction.

The illegal block on Maehl was more infuriating to me. The horsecollar has those weird rules about pulling down and where the hands are and stuff, so if one ref thinks both hands are on the back, rather than one on the collar, they might (wrongly) pick it up, as they did in this case.
The Maehl flag seemed like someone threw the flag for one penalty that they realized didn't occur (offensive pass interference), then decided to think of another one to call.
