Admit that you are 70% happy to see Dirty Sanchez having a chance to show what he can do.

Absolutely. Butt-Fumble reminds me of Garcia running FF's offense. Just do fundamentals good and don't give the ball away.

Absolutely. I'm not down on Foles like everyone else seems to be, but Sanchez was good enough to get a game from the Super Bowl twice.

If this version of the Eagles can put together a run, it will also make me more inclined to trust Chip on all of his personnel moves, past and future.

Anyone else notice that once Foles was out of the game the Texans stopped sending at least 7 guys every other play?

Not sure why their DC didn't do the same to Sanchez. Did they think the more experienced QB would know where to go with the ball? Not sure but...

        Viva la Sanchez.

Yes. I wasn't sold as Foles on being the answer before the season started and I was/am curious has to how Sanchez would do in Kelly's offense.

Since I already know what he can do...

I'm not happy about the injury because it keeps Chipper in flux about his Qb position,,that being said sanchez turns it over as much as Foles,,,I think Id rather have the younger guy growing into the position,,,who would you Rather have Vick or Snachize starting next week?

Definitely. The jury's still out on what Foles can do long-term, but I think Sanchez has proven he's a pretty good game manager, plus he's move faster and has a stronger arm. I'm optimistic he can keep things moving at least as well, wouldn't be at all surprised if he has fewer turnovers and makes better decisions under pressure.

Even when he was taking the Jets to AFC Championship games, he was a bit of a turnover machine. He has always been kind of like Foles has been this year. I do think this offense is better suited for him in the sense that it should help with reads pre-snap, which, hopefully, will cut down on his INT's. But just look at his stats with the Jets. They aren't good from a TD to turnover perspective. I don't think there will be much of a drop off since Foles was playing poorly, but he'll have to be better than he historically was with the Jets in order to be a significant upgrade.

He looked prepared yesterday, which impressed me. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I think the biggest difference between Foles and Sanchez is that Sanchez has MUCH quicker feet, that very first play when he came in he moved up in the pocket and then back which gave him the time needed to get the long ball out.

Foles is/was more of a sitting duck, also have to wonder if the opposing team now has to at least respect the QB run?

I think the biggest difference is the release. Foles has such a slow set and release, he struggles with getting the ball out.
