Ran it with the wife. She PR'd at just under 4:12, and I think she's retiring from the 26.2s from here on out. I think that works out at 9:35ish? a mile. Anyway, great day for a run. Two years in a row the weather has been good. And we did get to simultaneously high-five the mayor.
I was hoping she'd go sub-4, but I'm not sure I could have done much faster though. I'm not really in the shape I want to be in. I need to get cracking for Shamrock in March.
Best part of the day, DSG, Trogs, Birder, CB and Zubaz were able to entertain me and my horde of moochers post game. I bring all kinds of ladies to the post'gayte, like that awesome 'Why you Mad' dude.
