stats speak for themselves as does his snap count.

also...have you evaluated his blocking every play?
please tell me you can confirm when he has the key block in each play.

Well, he did drop the winning TD pass right in his hands in the SF game.

      But, hey, love the blocking.

He also dropped one in Indianapolis ... and he ran a lazy route that contributed to Sanchez's first INT Sunday.

But he's made some plays to set up scores and keep drives going and he keeps blocking.

I don't see anything except same game he had last year when everyone was all forgive and forget about the security guard.

It's a different year ... Maclin is the primary and Matthews is getting more looks, particularly with Sanchez in the game.

I go to the games ... I see him playing ... he blocks enough plays that I actually notice it (which is not something I often notice about a receiver).

He's the same guy who was begrudgingly loved last year.

The Cooper hate is in the same vein as the "trade McCoy" shit I saw here last week (and don't EVEN suggest that I'm comparing Cooper to McCoy in talent).

It's a different year ... Cooper hasn't changed his game.

Maclin seems a bit too thenthative. Future outside receivers will likely be Matthews and Huff. Or Matthews and someone not yet on the roster. Cooper seems destined to return to the slot. He can play, just not a starter. Decent #3.

Matthews on the other hand is looking like a considerable upgrade over Maclin as a true #1 by next season.
