    This is why I have my doubts that body cameras on cops would change anything. This was filmed & nothing happens.

            The guy died. Maybe he was able to say some words but he died.

            Something f*ked him up, whether it was inability to breathe or something else. I suspect he died because he couldn't breathe normally

              Medical Examiner ruled it homicide due to the neck compression. So this is a felony only if you believe flimsy evidence like science & videotape.

                I think important things to consider here is that the guy who died was approached by the cops for selling loose cigarettes. Also, he never presented a threat to the officer who ultimately killed him.

                I suspect this will end in a civil lawsuit resulting in the NYC taxpayers being on the hook for a lot of money.
