I don't think this, or the Packers game turns out the way they did with Foles

You mean the guy who drove the field to score and take the lead late, only to have Sproles run up the special teams ass and Sconces horsecollar him for good measure to set up the game winning FG?

    That guy?

He's more talented than Sanchez. I'm not sure who said he wasn't? I'd rather just have a franchise QB who is more talented than both of them.

Edit to add: I hope Foles is the guy. It would make our lives much easier as fans.

Also edit to add: I would feel more confident with Foles over Sanchez in a late game situation too.

Unless they luck out and pull a Brady (6th round) or a Wilson (3d round?) they aren't getting a "franchise" qb until they lose or tank.

The only plan IS Foles right now.

that's why i'm okay with foles right now....because their only other option is to draft a qb in the 20's...and at that point....how many of them actually do anything?

i would say more qb's in the second or third do more than qb's drafted at the end of the first round (of course i did no research and will wait to be proven wrong).

Rodgers is the exception, not the rule, I just thought it is ironic that we're all so downtrodden about picking a QB in the mid 20s and the best in the game was taking 24th.

lol...good point...and flacco was a late pick too...but for every one of them there are like 10 patrick ramseys or brandon weeden's.

basically, barring the eagles signing another qb...it's probably going to be foles with a rookie drafted somewhat early....because foles has another year and they will probably have to give sanchez more money than what foles is getting for that last year.
