contract as a talking head till 2021....I always thought he would come back..must have lost his desire to coach,,who knows,,Owners, primoDonnas, zebras, the pussification of the sport, $$$$$$$$.....there has to be a reason. Something ruined it for him?, or he feels he's achieved his goals. If I meet the guy I will ask him. Then promptly after he answers me I will stab him with a salad fork or whatever is available!

I'm sure he would be able to opt out of his contract...just saying the guy seems content to be in the booth..and its just weird to me.

A lot less pressure, pay is good, probably gets to spend a lot more time with his family. But, he will probably get the itch one day and coach again. Look at Dick Vermeil.
