Jay Gruden said today that team hasn't seen the DeSean Jackson that they needed to see recently. When asked about Jeremy Macklin, Gruden says he's a pro who "always shows up." Ouch. I'm sure this is going to fire up DJax. And maybe that's the plan. Gruden's calling out all his players.
