I'm going to ask another ? relating to the Davis hire

Remember when it was about a month before they settled on a DC? Do you think that was Kelly's hire or Roseman's? And do you think that even if they finish 9-7 that Kelly has enough juice in the organisation given he won the division last year, to fire Davis and hire who he wants? After all, he wasn't that familiar with various DCs coming from Oregon. I'm thinking now that he has a couple of years in the league he might have a preferred candidate. I have been reading stories lately that things have soured between him and Roseman.

As Parcells famously said, "you are your record." And this DC is really not very good.

Davis was a decent hire based on the situation. A lot of 4-3 personnel trying to transition to a 3-4. He did an okay job but I would like to see a better DC in there next season, wouldn't be upset if they kept Davis though.
