I would say Much of The atlantic/northeast area, will see rain xmas eve into xmas morning with rain ending to cloud/sunny skies and breezy on xmas day.. Once this system passes by and gets out of here, Sunny Skies, and somewhat normal temps, but then as we get into early next week, temps will drop and could set up for the winter pattern of cold and winter precip.
