Foles or Sanchez?

The Eagles had around ten special teams and defensive touchdowns when Foles was playing. Foles was pretty bad this season.

I think there is enough evidence that Sanchez is never going to be more than a stop gap. I'd give Foles another chance but would really like to see them draft a mobile quarterback to challenge him.

Barkley should play next week so they can see if he's worth a roster spot.

Completely agree about drafting a qb to challenge. Last year foles seemed to do well when he had to compete with vick.

And if he struggles again...you at least have another option.

....even if Foles proves to be "the guy" at the very least you need to have a quality backup to remain competitive. Who knows maybe another vet retread will emerge if the draft proves too weak.

Remember after 5 games they were saying Brady was washed up. Why because he was missing most of his passes. The team had the least yrds per play in the NFL -- Reason new offensive line coach - not injuries - new blocking scheme. That got righted the run offense became consistent again and the rest is history now.

Ah but board genius on here will slam Foles for playing behind a crap line for most of those games. Yet the Eagles still with no fucking run game still were one of the top offensive teams.

This team needs to sign Maclin -- few other key players -- get Coles and maybe Ryans to restructure if he can come back and be the same.

Then sign a key free agent here and there.

And draft defense the first four rounds.
