    another pretty obvious thing...

    ...at least to me. Sanchez will be gone. He could have upped his value significantly just by managing games enough to go 4-3 and keep the Birds in the hunt. Instead he proved to be less than ideal, even as a backup. His propensity for turnovers at the worst times has to have seeped away any trust his teammates had for him.

    I admit to hoping that he might benefit from getting out of NY and developing back to being a possible starter and great in the role of backup. But as IE and others have pointed out, turnovers are really what defines this guy.

    I dont think this is the year to draft a QB given more pressing needs, but I cannot see any scenario that makes sense to bring the Sanchise back.

    Chip wanted Sanchez and Barkley. Sanchez is who the Jets knew he was. But I don't understand why you draft a QB and never give him a shot. Everyone is talking about next years Draft. Why? What's the difference?
