This will be the true test of Chip's Football knowledge and ability to craft a winner. He has done well so far on the field - now can he bring in the right pieces? I frankly don't care how Howie is now involved position-wise in the new structure. Clearly - Chip has gotten a bigger piece of the pie - and I hope thats a good thing.

If we continue to come up short of expectations - then it will all fall on the Chip.
