The NFL, and Fox LOVE when the Cowboys are on TV and relevant. Putting them against the Packers gives Fox, and the NFL, a HUGE TV ratings boost. There are certain teams the the powers that be in the NFL want to see be successful. The Cowboys, Patriots, Broncos, and maybe to a lesser extent the Packers. It really shouldn't be a surprise that there was horrible officiating in this game. It has been horrible all year long. That the announcers came out and said the crew had never worked together was interesting though. If the better team wins next week, the Packers should be the hell out of the Cowboys. Let's see what happens and even before that let's see if the NFL offices announce that the flag shouldn't have been picked up.

Fuck after-the-fact statements ... the NFL has ruined the game when fans are wondering what officials are going to do to effect the outcome of games before they start.
And that's what this motherfucking league has become.Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.
