First of all, some people have him going as early as the late-first. I doubt that happens but I also doubt he lasts until the 3rd, let alone 4th round.
Personally I would love to see him in Philly but he hardly fits the mold of what Chip looks for in a player/person. I'd imagine other teams that are less concerned about his character issues will have him rated higher - and will subsequently draft him higher than the Eagles otherwise would.
