Agreed...but the one read thing is accurate... which is why he would need some time...so if chip did get him...I wouldn't be surprised if foles is the starter this year to let mariotta develop.

There are very few locks when it comes to drafting QB's. There are always exceptions to the rule such as John Elway or Andrew Luck but its usually a roll of the dice.

Mariota could become a rock star but no one knows. If i'm drafting in the top 5 and he's there sure why not but he's not a lock. You sure as hell don't mortgage your teams future on him. Who do you take #1 Alex Smith or Aaron Rodgers. If you're going to take a flyer on a QB take the one from Stanford.

He does it a bunch and then runs... but that's their offense. They really don't have a progression offense. Its a knock only because that's what he is asked to do for the most part.

I don't give a dick what kelly said. He apparently wanted hart the third round and he didn't play...took huff and meh...so if he blows mariotta... that means shit to me.

Its the knock on mariotta...he is a one read qb but it goes in college.

Im not saying mariotta is trash...he flat out has skill...but that's what ive seen in the games I've watched...but he still played awesome in those games.
