    Joe Paterno WAS Penn State

That school out in the boonies would have been just another college but he built a national program and put that place on the map. Only a buffoon doesn't realize that. As such, fuck protocol because Joe was THE fucking king of Penn State. He was a rock star up there. He could have ended things as soon as he got a sniff of it. He could have told the cops to get that child molesting sack of shit off campus and keep him off campus and, oh, by the way, snag every computer in his house and comb over them for any evidence of kiddie porn and if you find it LOCK that sick fucker away forever. Find the kids and interview them. Perform a fucking investigation like real policemen. But no. That shit went on for years and more kids got ass raped and groped by that predator.

And you worry how the cops look after the fact. Cops as victims. Nothing about the true victims. Aren't you a real winner.
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

      1. I don't worry about how the cops look after the fact. Unlike you I do not have all the facts to determine if an effective investigation was initially done.
      2. Please learn the difference between proof and your opinion. The things you say are what you think is true but yet offer absolutely no proof whatsoever to back it up. I guess that Penn State has the largest alumni and as of a few years ago 1 out of every 117 college graduates was a Penn State grad was because Joe was a great football coach? Or was it because along with Joe being grey coach it was also a great learning facility which has many awards to go along with it?

If you honestly know about the University Joe Pa was a football coach and academic advisor to many non-athletes. Other than donating money to the university and shaping a football program he had little to do with the day to day University politics or issues.

Your last statement sums up the true lack of common sense on your part. There can be many victims that come from a single incident. In this incident the victims are extensive including the harmed children, families, businesses, taxpayers and many more. To imply that the human brain cannot feel sorry for all victims because children were the victims of a heinous crime is just plain asinine.

So its simple, lay out the proof. Not conjecture lay out the amount of proof you would want someone to have on you before they condemn you.

I won't simply say you are a horrible igglephans poster because you have been around so long that your material has become repetitive, I would show you proof.

The problem here is that people are are trying to offset JoPa's many merits against his indefensible actions (or lack of them) on a single issue. It shouldn't happen. It's quite possible that he would be one of the defendants standing trial if he were alive today. Since he is not, we want to remember him for all the good he did. There is nothing wrong with that. But, there is something wrong with the NCAA taking actions that are interpreted as "he didn't do anything really that bad, so let's restore his stature and re-build his legacy."

He DID do something THAT BAD. Oberman is right. PSU/ football is bigger than the victims who were allowed to be preyed upon right within the PSU football program. Had these crimes been committed by an assistant professor of English while the professor did little or nothing to stop it, that professor, if still alive, would be making little rocks out of big rocks on a chain gang somewhere in Tennessee.

How exactly did he do anything remotely criminal? Again he reported it. Did he do enough - no..but it was far from criminal.

Paterno would be standing trial as a witness not a defendant.

He keeps repeating the same inane mantra.

Sounds like he may have been a "shower boy" himself.

Not that I really want to get into this, but one doesn't stand trial as a witness.
Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.

The charges against the 3 administrators are Perjury, obstruction of Justice and child endangerment. In other words they looked the other way and tried to keep the Sandusky mess quiet. So did Joe. He is not a defendant because he is dead.......not because he committed no crimes. The DA has nothing to lose by saying Joe would not be indicted after he bought the farm.

Why is it always Chris Christi's Penis who has to get things right around here?
