I guess they (NE) think its a small price to pay to get a chance to win the title.

It WOULD be nice if the NFL would take a more definitive stance on penalizing the Pats. I doubt they would make them forfeit the win.

Maybe there should be an NFL death sentence like college teams get.

Like maybe losing their #1-#3 picks in the next two drafts.
